I've thought about trying to buy cheap but breakable cups or something. May seem violent, but breaking something is rather relieving when mad, but only if it is not something you'd regret later. Sometimes I had the urge to just smash my 360, but that would only make me feel better for a moment, then I would feel worse since my 360 broke. Ripping up paper helps, but something hard against the floor helps more. (Just make sure it is not your kid sibling, or your cat)
