For some reason, this particular type espresso causes the whole thing to make this amazing cut-with-a-butter-knife froth on top, like hardcore cappuccino froth, that you just don't get from somewhere like Starbucks (much as I love 'em).
Or I just chug the stuff straight. Coffeehouses ain't got nothing on that hardcore caffeine kick.
