It depends on what you want in a safehouse really. Do you want a nice fancy apartment or do you want something a little bigger (and a little more central) and more post apocalyptic looking.
In all seriousness, I didn't know that, I might go through again and play evilly this time but in all honesty do you really need a bigger place, all your stuff can fit in one storage unit and you can buy the same stuff

Indeed. The sight of what could easily be most spectacular moment of the entire game is well worth it!
