What do you guys think of this "Ninja Assassin" movie?

I won't be seeing this. The guy who I would have seen it with is going on thanksgiving so, yeah. I didn't really want to see it anyways, don't like movies where you have to turn off your brain to enjoy it.

The trailer looks good, but most trailer do. I'll have to wait and see.

They were very creative with the title. Take the top two things everybody loves (publicly know or secretly) and put them together

It's probably going to have a horribly uninspired plot with ridiculously over the top action scenes through out three quarters of the movie.

In other words Transformers with ninjas.

I thought it was gonna suck until I saw it was directed by the guys who did The Matrix and V for Vedetta, so now, I think it will be pretty good.

If I'm not mistaken, the word ninja simply means "hidden man," thus removing any redundancy.

And an assassin was a warrior that got high before going into battle. Not a very good combination, or, at least, very hard to pull off.

so lets get the facts.
It will have little or no story.
It will be made up of 99% cgi, 0.5% actual stunts and 0.5% having nothing to do with real ninjas.
Ninjas, in reality or hollywood, are awesome.
Assassins are awesome.
Ninja assassins must be therfore, doubly awesome.
I am not a fanboy.
I prefer pirates.
Anyone who watches this movie and thinks this is what it was really like shuriken for shurken back in the day is retartar.
I am going to see this movie purely for the EPIC action it has.
