I tend to call them either "flash drive" or if they are more than 2 weeks old "missing".

I don't name the flash drives, but my internal hardisk and the partitions are named.

The one which I actually use and store/install stuff in is called "Batman" the one with the recovery is called "Robin".

Batman can contain about 1TB of informatin while Robin can contain about 12 GB.

Cody's Stud Hub. Mostly because it draws a "lolwut" out of people when they see it.

Erm, well ones called "work" for obvious reasons, my portable HDD BOB, since my Friend with a Mac accidentally formatted and renamed it, there were some harsh words that day. My own flash drive is called Virus Quarantine, nobody ever opens it that way :L

My ex called my Sandisk Cruzer Micro Derek, and Derek it has remained.
Haven't named my 500gig one, though. I've taken to calling everything technology-related 'Mip', so I'll probably rename it that.

Let me see...

My 1 Tera external is called TITAN, in all caps because caps are awesome. You can guess the reason for the name.
My identical twin 4 gig flash drives are Force and Diplomacy, because they're siblings, yet so very different.
My 500 gig portable HD that's the size of my wallet is called Freelancer; it's fast, maneuverable, and independent.
My BEASTLY 15 gig USB 3.0 flash drive that's made out of frugging RUBBER is called Corsair. Because it's a pirate. arr.
And my Zune HD is named Alexi, because that's a sexy name.

Then there's my friend's 1 Tera external, named The Fridge... because if you're not storing games in the fridge, you're doing something wrong.

Last hope and Blue Suede shoes.

The first one was something I stole from my school, the school closed down back in 10 and I managed to steal it opposed to say an Locker door or an Teacher name plate.

Blue sude shoes was something my sister gave me.

One of mine didn't have a name for quite a while. It had been left as the model or number or something along those lines for quite some time. Then, one day, I noticed the name had changed to 'WinterMute'. I looked online to see if WinterMute had any meaning.

Several bricks were shat.

A Hermit's Cave
Rather apocryphally, I named one of mine HMS Hood, and it promptly fucked up on me. The irony was that the computer that it last worked on fucked up a couple days later... it would only have been more ironic if that PC was called Bismarck.

Anyway:

1TB = Parmenio
400GB = Xenophon
400GB = Lucullus
80GB = Surena

Yeah... guess where those names came from... =P

Counter-Stick, when I had Counter Strike on there.
BIG, for my external 1TB drive.
Grey, because it was.
