This thread brought my first genuine feeling of Deja Vu there was another thread called "Terrible Movies you've seen this year" and the posts were mostly verbatum of what is said in this thread by the same people who said it in the last thread

For a serious attempt at a movie, and not just a parody? The Knowing, by far. Holy shit was that a terrible movie.

Kill Bill. the blood and the fights looked so cheesy, and those were the main part of the movie.
I'm sure someone has already called you on this but that's the point of Kill Bill. It's supposed to be cheesy, an homage to the grindhouse movies of the old days, that's what Tarintino does. I liked Vol.1 but Vol.2 was just stupid.

Uhmm, I watched Disaster Movie, I now occasionally wake up at night screaming. Oh wait I don't know if this has been stated before but anything by George Lucas post Howard the Duck, especially his attempts to "revive" his classic franchises.

Damn, just reading the first half page makes me realize how cynical you all are. The Watchmen bad? How could it have been better? If you say follow the comic book closer, then I'm going to slap you. General moviegoers would not have liked the original ending. It worked great in a comic book, but not movies.

I was going to re-add Indiana Jones 4 to the list. I think it was more awful than Manos and Plan 9 put together. Both of those movies had a good idea that just was done wrong (wrong WRONG WRRROOOOONG!), but IJ4 had no idea where it was going the whole time, except for fulfilling Speilberg's desire to shoehorn aliens into everything (A.I. anyone?).

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen.

That movie is representative of everything wrong with society today. It's only redeeming factor is the special effects, beyond that it's just a vapid pile of horrible shit! It's marketed as a high octane action film but is in reality a bad comedy full of witless "humor" that makes me ashamed to have been this movie's target demographic (Which was definitely not kids. Not with the kind of "humor" and shots of Megan Fox being an object that this movie is chock full of.)

The worst movie I have seen, and I haven't seen too many so forgive me, was Lost in translation. I don't know how many people recommended it to me, but I thought it was just bad. And I do usually like Bill Murray, too.

ok to have the worst movie you need a number of formula

a) has a very small target audience
b) has a completely failed cast
c) plot does not flow correctly
d) no memorable scenes/dialogue

good examples of these are

reality bites: I mean seriously no story terrible acting and I understand its for college students but having a movie targeted at 1% of the population and only does what they assume college kids do it is a very poor film.

Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium: once again I know its a kids film but it has a way to complicated story for kids to connect with but a simple theme and the actors to me were not chosen well which made all the important scenes they did redundant.

any other movies I can think of is basically purely based on opinion and are quite biased now before you point it out i understand this is all based on opinion except these are the only movies I think sucked on a directors level

p.s example of my biased would be any spoof made in the last five years they all get worst movie of all time.
