Sushi and Sashimi, and lots of it. I mean lots, and lots, and lots. Even if it is not actually authentic(or technically chinese), I love sushi and sashimi.

Since I'm Chinese (BBC), my parent order different kind althought most of the time we order Chinese roast poak with boil rice (sometimes with duck as well).
However if we go to this local Chinese restaurant I usually get fried chicken breast with lemon sauce or beef in black bean sauce.

Just to be a perfect arse and point out I've never been to a chinese resturant, since they all claim to be, but are serving food from korea, japan, thailand and a few other places in and around asia, So, Asian resturant would make more sense.

But if theres Sushi, You'll find me there.

Well, my name's Crispin so inevitably sometimes I get called Crispy Duck as a nickname, so I like to live up to my name. Crispy duck it is, but hopefully it's a buffet so I can eat everything.

SESAME CHICKEN ALWAYS! It's so damn good. Plus those little dough triangles with cream cheese inside of them. You're making me hungry Ando...You won't like me when I'm hungry.

Any Sichuan (Szechuan) stuff I can get hold of. Often Chinese restaurants have just the one dish of it, so that's what I go for. Still looking for a Sichuan restaurant in the UK but yet to find one.

Food poisoning? Perhaps not everyone, but thats been my experience and the experience of many people I know, but they never want to admit it, because they love Chinese food.
Wow, really? The hygiene standards must be pretty low in that particular area or something, then. I've never heard of anyone get sick from a Chinese without having an allergy. My fiends and I may have been served dog, we found out later, but that's about it.

OT: Buffet. Everything. Especially anything in Cantonese sauce or sweet and sour.

Crispy beef in either OK sauce or Szechuan sauce, with some egg fried rice. I always say I'll have something different... but never do.

Szechuan Beef Ho Fun. I was working my way along the menu each order, but that's pointless since I discovered this.

I always order the ching chong potatoe. No idea what it is or even if it's a real thing, but I order it anyway.
