Si-Chuan Beef with Rice. I and two of my friends have literally had this meal from the same place upwards of 300 times.

Duck and Pancakes (my favourite meat), Spare Ribs, or a Pork Omelette.

I absolutely hate Chow Mien, and Spring Rolls. The spicy King Prawn Curry's are okay though.

Sushi and Sashimi, and lots of it. I mean lots, and lots, and lots. Even if it is not actually authentic(or technically chinese), I love sushi and sashimi.
That's not even close to being Chinese. People from China AND Japan would slap the shit out of you for even lumping them together. Japanese food is about clean and fresh subtle flavours and Chinese is everything from Northern Spicy Beef Hotpot to Dumplings to Red Roast Pork to Peking Duck to about fifty different regions.

I'd go for some Red Pork with lightly woked cabbage and some pickled vegetables. Or a northern Beef hot pot.

Sweet and Sour is my favorite, but the honey and ginger chicken is also good. I've been trying to branch out with Chinese food recently.

Everything that's not unbelievably spicy.
Garlic Prawns, Sweet and Sour Fish and Lemon Chicken/Duck are some of my favourites.

General Tso's Chicken. I normally am not a fan of chicken in most contexts but this specific dish breaks that. I love it and get it every time. Mix it with a little brown rice. Mmm, heaven.

Orange Chicken or Garlic and Chicken. It's the two things no restaurant can ever screw up.

Kung Pao Beef, General Tso's Chicken, or Orange Chicken. And damn it, this thread just made me really hungry for Chinese food. The weirdest thing is, there's a shitty place in the mall in town that makes better Orange Chicken than any sit down restaurant that I've ever eaten at. Guess I know what's for dinner tonight.

usually lemon chicken, beef and black bean noodles or sweet and sour pork, but most defiantly get deep fried ice-cream for dessert
