That's not even close to being Chinese. People from China AND Japan would slap the shit out of you for even lumping them together. Japanese food is about clean and fresh subtle flavours and Chinese is everything from Northern Spicy Beef Hotpot to Dumplings to Red Roast Pork to Peking Duck to about fifty different regions.RicoGrey said:Sushi and Sashimi, and lots of it.
