I'd also really like for them to take care of this game, unlike MW2. MW2 could have been the best game in the series, but it was PLAGUED with unresolved balance problems and an unbelievable amount of boosting, cheating, modding, hacking and all sorts of awful shenanigans that just shouldn't be allowed without consequences. Half the damn playerbase on 360 should have been permanently banned within 6 months of it's release.
Edit: I'll add one more thing that shouldn't be in the game: Tactical Insertion. The amount of cheating that went on because of this piece of shit is evidence enough I think. There was a point during the game's lifespan where you could not join a FFA game because there would be at least 1 pair of douchebags sitting in a low-traffic corner knifing each other for nukes.

My personal multiplayer wishlist is pretty much that, along with some other things. *cracks knuckles*
1, Grenade Launchers get ONE round, ONE!
2, Generally the more powerful the weapon is, the more recoil it has
3, Guns will roughly be either all rounders or be superior to other weapons in some way whilst having a major drawback.

No bullcrap like having a 2 hit kill gun with little recoil and pinpoint accuracy but a long ass reload time though. If a gun is powerful enough to shred an entire team 50 times over before reloading then something like an increased reload time doesn't balance the thing in any way. Give it epic recoil or something instead, something that directly influences the way the weapon is used.)
4, 'Pro' perks removed from the game
5, Any form of damage/health increasing perk is removed
6, Bullets losing damage over long distance is now much less prominent
7, Snipers can no longer hold their breath for a completely steady shot
8, Free kill mines (Claymores) removed
9, Knives can no longer do that ridiculous lunge thing, but still kill in one hit
10, Pistols are the only available secondary weapons
11, Fix the spawns
12, Selectable fire modes
13, Bolt action rifles take much longer to reload
14, Tactical Insertion is removed, a neat little thing ruined by the community. This is why we can't have nice things.
15, Firearms have this sort of brutal, 'real' feel to them. Think Bad Company and times that by like, 10.
16, MW2 killstreak rewards return, but the onces which can directly kill players last a much shorter length of time, but are easier to attain.
17, You get a few extra points for killing someone with a sidearm, might make people use the damn things.
18, You also get some extra points for killing someone with a weapon you took off a dead enemy.
19, Use the same gun for a ridiculous amount of kills and the points you get for each frag will gradually decline.
20, You still level up, but it is much easier than before to get to max level.
21, Supressors have a much greater affect on the actual noise of the gun itself. No more rattlesnakes.
22, Ghillie suits for snipers are optional.
23, Last Stand - You get a little extra health, but can be killed as you drop down into LS. You don't get that weird 1 sec invulnerability anymore.
24, Scavenger - Gives you one extra magazine initally for your pistol and primary weapon.
25, Somehow encourage constantly moving around and flanking, as well as taking the weapons of other killed players or taking mags from guns which use the same ammo as your own. Also somehow reward players for trying new playstyles, loadouts etc.
26, New weapons from a variety of eras. HK 417, VSS Vintorez, AN-94 and the like alongside older stuff like the Sterling, Thompson SMG, M1 Garand, Lee-Enfield No.4 anyone? Could be pretty cool if done properly.
27, Weapons which fire the same cartridge can share ammo, outfitting your entire team with 5.56mm firearms might give you a pretty cool advantage umm...economics use. (Of course having an entire team of riflemen would mean you don't have a sniper, or a support gunner, or a submachinegun gunner.)
28, Combat training returns, bots have improved AI and their gear and playstyles can be changed by the player.
29, Too many map changes to list, just make them better in every way.
30, Sniper rifles can have the scopes removed.
