What do you want in the next fallout?

I hear Bethesda has a fancy new engine stashed away, that'd be nice. (I can already hear the shrill bitching though of people saying its not 'fallout' enough).

Also, I think some people might have missed how Fallout is partially at its core a satire of America and moving it somewhere else would kind of make that not work and thus erode the foundation on which the game was built (and create even more fanboy tears). You know what, what I really want is mass gagging of the fanbase that keeps complaining that only the first two were good. That's not constructive and its not doing anything, and it's making me mad.

Stability, more radio stations, more songs on said radio stations, and fix the radio spoiling the story occasionally. This was problem with Fallout 3, I had a bug where Three Dog would do the "Two Weeks" Dialog even while I was fresh out of the vault.

There was something in Fallout Tactics 2 that said there was a lot of alligators in Florida due to a GECK but this may or may not be actually canon.

Pretty much, its like having the best Fallout 3 DLC turn into a full fledged awesome game.

Bethesda at least tried to not screw the lore and style over, Interplay made Fallout a brainless shoot'em up. Bethesda treated Interplays franchise better than Interplay did.

OT: A more interesting setting, Vegas is kind of dull and the wasteland is rather static and boring. It's a post apocolyptic game, stop having places that didn't get nuked as the setting.

Also a return to the east coast would be cool, so much untapped potential there.

Texas or the Southeast. The series has dropped a few bits about how rough things are in the South, could be fun. I wouldn't mind seeing the areas of 1 & 2 again, but I guess the NCR runs it all by the time of 3/NV. Maybe set it before FO1.
