A Girlfriend

I Followed the path my parents set out for me. The biggest bistake in my life. I confronted them and now I'm making my own way in the wide world. So now I'm chasing my own goals!

The current objective is to find a new house with a less ass cricketey landlord.

you mean as far as material posessions go? well my tv is almost older than I am. I need a replacement, and soon.

If you're talking about out of life? I want to get the absolute most out of life that I can get while putting in the minimum amount of effort. Basically I want as much time as possible to sit around doing jack shit nothing. I'm willing to work for it, but I'd like to work my way around jumping through hoops.

Well, I was thinking about posting games I wanted but after reading the OP I think I'll go a bit more serious a route. I want to get my license so I don't feel like I have the maturity of a 10 year old... Although I still do have the maturity of a 10-year-old it'll be nice to take atleast one positive step. I want the ability to take my SAT's which apparently I missed the opportunity so I have to wait until next year. I want to get my community service done so I can graduate (it's a requirement at my school, not sure if that is a national thing or not.) I want to get into a college that is close by.

I tend to go about my life making my decisions at the last second. Now i know that for most people this isn't the best way to go about your life. now of course I do some sort of planning, but who doesn't? I like pushing my decisions off to the last second because then my decision and what i need to do seems more clear and reasonable.

As for me, I'm waiting for the dates of my resits for the last set of exams I did. Second year of university, up in Leeds, and I need to do two resits to get into my final year (since I was just a few marks short of the pass mark for each one).
I have the dates for my 2nd year resits in Durham, now I just need to do some work in order to get into the third year. Or the 4th year, as I need to average 50% to stay on the master's course.

Unfortunately, I failed the first time round due to depression, which kind of stopped me from working/functioning, and it hasn't really gone away. This makes revising for exams in the middle of summer fairly difficult.

I want my life sorted out so I can focus on bigger things. At the moment I'm battling a heart illness with a low chance of survival without transplantation. So at the moment I'm missing a lot of school and it's starting to become a worry that, if I do manage to beat the illness and live into my 20's - 30's, I wont be able to make a decent future to support myself on. I don't want to end up as a charity case.

I'm laid back by circumstances, everytime i try to move forward on my own door tend to close faster, but when i wait for things to happen doors tend to open for me.

I want either a lonely life of fame and fortune, or a poor life surrounded by friends, no family though cant stand them

I want to graduate and go to uni. I want to go to the corner of Russell St and Flinders Lane and see a goddamn cake shop or something, instead of what's there at the moment. I guess for the most part, I do chase my goals, because I don't know what else to do with myself.

Finally a place to spread my bullshit wisdom I should definitely not have by my age; "Happiness is not getting what you want, rather learning to appreciate what you have." Getting more shit and titles and the like should all be supplements to a baseline of happiness achieved by being able to wake up and live each and every day. (I'm agnostic, this scares people because when I do that speech they all expect God to pop up.)

EDIT:

You, my good sir, are the fucking man; don't give up and never forget that no matter how many times life steps on you, you are still worth something, that someone will always want you around even if you haven't met them.
