Well lets just start by ignoring my animé collection which is over 980 items (by items I mean a seven volume series is counted as seven items but a seven disc boxset is counted as one).
I've a growing collection of Blu-rays, and am slowly trying to replace some DVDs with Blu-ray versions where possible.
I've a wide range of Disney and Pixar films and other animation, Asian films including martial-arts and horror, some great comedy like the Naked Gun series or Fawlty Towers, lots of Doctor Who and other sci-fi and fantasy stuff, super-hero films like all the Batman movies (inc. the 1966 film).
I've also just got back from seeing Rango in the cinema but before I went to the cinema I bought the following films on Blu-ray...perhaps they'll give a clue to my tastes.
Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
The Dam Busters
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Psychoville (not a movie but a UK TV show)
The Girl with the Dragon Tatto
