Engineers in Halo ODST. I didn't know they were innocent until the last mission and I thought back on all the times I aimed for them first as I didn't know what they did and I didn't want to give them a chance.

I feel bad about killing every enemy...too quickly. I can't drag it out an agonizingly long time, like they deserve.

...what?

The grunts in Halo. They are just so worthless that I ignored them as much as I could.

Kuchinawa in ToS.
*sniff* why must the good die young? (note I know there is the choice to not kill him)

In oblivion where you have to kill everyone who is locked in the mansion. I just felt sad for the drunk in the end. Also in splinter cell chaos theory theres this guy name pablo or something on the bank level and I always feel bad for him, so I kill everyone except for him, but I guess I don't feel bad for the people dead... but w/e.

Normal cannon fodder units? none
But this boss fight struck me pretty hard. Especially how it had to end.

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that mission. That was terrible. I didn't feel bad about killing the guys who gave me the damn sap though.

Fantastic game, didn't really feel that bad. It's just an interesting twist.

The first assassination in Hitman: Blood Money. The dude just had the worst bloody luck in the world, lost his business, his wife, his money, his reputation, his dignity, his little ferris-wheel model, his slut niece... and I had to kill him while he groveled in front of me.

Maybe it was putting him out of his misery, who knows.
I agree. It seems like everyone else at the fair deserved to be killed except him..

Ah, Prey. I hated ending that boss battle. They couldn't have just make that bit cinematic? I would always use the wrench, too, because my inner pragmatist said I'd need that ammo later...

Would you kindly elaborate on exactly what you mean there, boyo?
