Eh, I'd show more but I'm not sure how to spoiler stuff and I don't want flood the thread with a billion videos.
EDIT: Also, I'm not sure if .MOV fits into the 'weird' bronies, but it's well drawn/animated and pretty funny if you get that kind of sick humor.
You've got .MOV but no Friendship is Witchcraft?

Shame, bro, shame.

Easily the Bronies. The sheer amount of talent that's involved with that show is simply astounding: I think that the bronies make more in a week than most other fandoms do in years.

The only thing that's in the same ballpark is the Valve community, thanks to G-Mod.

I've seen some really cool artwork based on the Serious Sam series. Then, there's also all the incredible remixes made by Sonic and Banjo-Kazooie fans.

My Own Fandom obviously. Anything someone makes for me is going to be a hundred times better than shlock they make for you guys.

And sorry, I cannot say that Bronies make the best stuff when there are people who feel that pictures like the child at the Warsaw Ghetto or the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima are made better by the inclusion of fucking ponies.

Do they have holocaust ponies as well? No wait. After typing that I'm already 100% positive it exists. This......is just tasteless.

Bronies are one obvious go-to choice. Minecrafters is another.

Both of them have tons of overlap with other fandoms, which makes for some interesting and well-made crossover content. (And that doesn't even count the modding community on the Minecraft side of things.)

Gonna have to go with Warhammer 40K on this one: the fandom's creations *is* the hobby. The basis is the fandom is looking at other peoples' armies, looking at their work, helping them get better, reading their backstories, their fiction, and it creates a great sense of community. Plus, 1d4chan is also hilarious and is brilliant at getting shit done (the amount of homebrews and tabletop rulesets these guys have created is insane).
