Can someone tell my mind which has been living under a rock what Halo CE is?

OT: It's hard for me to sit at a game and stay at it for more than an hour. For some reason I can't get that immersed in games.

Even Portal, the golden masterpiece, a game immersive and short, I ended up beating in a minimum of three sittings, and I usually replay it.

But, I think there was this one time I beat the Halo 3 campaign with a friend in one sitting. Not that fun or enjoyable, but a way to kill a few hours.

Also, as I recall, one of the Half-Life games in a few sittings.

It's the first one, Combat Evolved. Which was awesome.

And back in the good ol' point'n'click adventure games time, I'd run through a few after finishing, just to experience all the dialogue again... Seeing as most are laughably short if you know all the puzzle solutions. So the first two "Simon the Sorcerer" games, first four "Monkey Island", a Polish game called "Ksi&#261;&#380;&#281; i Tchórz" ("The Prince and the Coward")...

Oh, and the first "Commander Keen".

Can't think of any others, but I think there are quite a few oldies (as in, early 90s at the latest) that I've beaten in one go.

I have this little dream of one day actually managing to go through the whole "Baldur's Gate" series in one sitting, although that would probably require a few days in a row... Are we allowed breaking for naps?
