I think the only games I've ever beaten in one sitting were on the original NES, like:

Ninja Turtles 2
Mike Tyson's Punch Out
Contra
Super Mario Bros 1 and 2

I think that's about it... I guess my attention span got shorter or I got bored.

Actually, on the topic of Uncharted: Is it just me, or does Nate come across as Indiana Croft?
Yeah, one of my biggest complaints about Uncharted was that it was completely unoriginal. Good game play though and the second one looks fantastic.... just... not an ounce of originality in the entire game.
I meant more in his mannerisms, but... *shrug*

And hey: At least there weren't any dinosaurs. =p

Mega man 1 - 4, not sure if they're full length games though.
SMW, Portal in 2.

Jesus Christ! That's 6 hours for a segmented speed run, 9 hours or so eh?
I just get bored too easily to beat games in one sitting.

Meh, I had nothing to do for four weeks and the missions... Just... Kept... Appearing...

I actually ended up with 98.8% completion or something similarly overkill. Justa few races that I couldn't complete. I loved that game, why did GTA IV have to mess with a great formula? :(

Portal - Started playing it, then a few hours later I had completed it
Sonic Rush - Beat it the day I got it, although it got hard near the end.

Oh, and any Mega Drive game I've played. Not a lot of them had a save feature.
I remember spending hours on Sonic 2 trying to get through Sky Fortress.

One of my friends visited me yesterday. She and I completed Bubble Bobble in one go.
Also, last time another of my friends visited me we pulled an all-nighter where he finished Spidermen: Web of Shadows in one go.
I can't really recall any games I've finished in one go.

Resident evil 2, back in the day. Needed to complete it without saving in order to get the best possible rank.
Several hours later, I emerged Triumphant. =D

HOLY FUCK! How did you manage that one in ONE sitting?! I remember the amount of side-missions alone you needed to do in order to get the good equipment...

The Wargear (last I played, anyways) isn't random drop, and after you get your Force Commander a Storm Hammer and Avitus some Terminator Armor with a Heavy Bolter and a decent Assault Cannon for your Dreadnaught, the game practically plays itself. 4th squad member could be a blind 3-legged dog smoking cigarettes and the 'Nids would still fling themselves impotently into the crushing grip and tenderizing line of fire of your Dreddie.

My biggest complaint about DoW 2 was how short the campaign was and the fact they did'nt let you play with Chaos at ALL. I was really looking forward to seeing Khorne Berserkers with the new engine too =/

Most of mine are from the NES, and if you count re-plays, I can list quite a few. On the newer generation stuff, not so many, if any. These days I suck the marrow out of games, savoring every side quest and challenge.

That I can remember?

Half-Life - (PC)
Half-Life 2 - (PC)
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - (PC)
Halo: Combat Evolved - (XBox)
Halo 2 - (XBox)
Halo 3 - (XBox 360)

I'm fairly sure there are plenty of others that I can't remember at the moment though.

Left 4 Dead and i know it's supposed to be just co-up.

Hmm, I'll have to try that approach the next time I play the game, last time I turned Thule into a melee dreadnought, which didn't work all that well.

As for Chaos, that will be rectified in the first expansion, for which there's already a trailer out, just check the official site. However, as it stands it appears that us die-hard Chaos followers will once again only be treated to Chaos Undivided, with the bad guy of the new campaign being the Black Legion, which to me is as generic as it gets. :\

Gears of War
Portal
Army of Two
Serious Sam: The Second Encounter
Some GBA Naruto Game
A few Metal Slug Games
Countless Flash Games

And that's about it i think, i oftentimes restrain myself from playing too much, so that does not happen often (and in at least 3 of the mentioned games it was mostly due to playing CooP with a friend)

Gears of War 1 and 2
CoD 1, 2, MW
Halo 1,2,3 and ODST
Almost got through Uncharted before I passed out :p The QTEs gets REALLY hard when you're tired.
Im about 50% through Half Minute Hero, and once I beat that game I'm going to go back and try to get it done in one sitting.
