My friend and I beat Halo 2 co-op in one sitting.

A different friend beat MGS4 in one sitting (seriously)

A different friend beat RE4 in one sitting at a LAN party.

I'm pretty sure you could finish the Prince of Persia trilogy within a day, if you tried hard enough, my brother got PoP:TTT for X-mas a few years back and finished it the same day, so..ya.

Only Call of Juarez : Bound in Blood and Half Life 2. I don't spend the whole day sitting at my computer.
If a game isn't incredibly gripping, I usually quit playing it after 4h or so.

I'd call bullshit on a good few of these, but I'm too lazy.

The only games I can think of are Lost and Shadow Complex. I only beat Lost in on sitting because I knew I'd never go back to it if I stopped.

Other than that I don't beat games in one sitting, I prefer to savour them. I loved spending one hour a night on Fahrenheit, but that worked better than most games given that it was partially episodic.

Half-Life
That game was /long/. 18 chapters long if I remember.

Either way, there are only two games I have beaten in one sitting.

Fable, which is a rather short game anyway.
And Metal Gear Solid for the game cube.
Buuuut one sitting is a bit of a stretch, in one day, yes. I often stop playing a game and just wander off for a period of time.

I beat Gears 2 in one sitting.

And me and a few friends beat all the campaigns of L4D on expert in one day.

None. I've stayed up till late playing games before, but that's mainly Oblivion when I've had nothing to do on a Friday or Saturday night, and I haven't ever decided to play a game all the way in one go. I guess one day if I'm completely bored and have the time, I might do. Until now though, I've never done a single sitting and completed the game from start to finish. Plus it would take me double the time anyway because I'm such an achievement whore...

Army of Two. Me and my brother beat it and finished it in six hours. It was fun, but mainly because it was co-op.

Probably just Fable one. It's fairly short and I was sick one day...

Really? I just found it frustrating. Maybe that's because my friend sucked. But we did finish it.

Erm, for a bet I played Final Fantasy 7 and completed it in one sitting (none of the extra stuff, like chocobo breeding and such, just beating Sephiroth and all that). It took me two and a half days with bathroom breaks and take out pizza. I stayed awake using Pro-Plus and Red Bull and I was seriously ill after completing it, slept for about a day straight. Still, I won £60 out of it, and have since gone on to do marathons of Resident Evil and such, I find it thouroughly enjoyable :')

Really REALLY wouldn't suggest staying awake that long with your eyes fixated on the screen, it hurts your heaad so badly.

Well I could say Left 4 Dead, but does that really count. Umm.. Gears of War, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles (granted I had the gun that fired at everything on the screen at the same time), Secrets of Monkey Island, Fable 2, and Castle Crashers as well. I usually like to do a bunch of side quests in games so it takes me longer.

CoD 4 - 7 hours.

Cannon Fodder - 15 hours.

I wonder, does this mean Cannon Fodder is twice as good...?

Freedom Fighters. It's only about five or six hours long, but it's one hell of a game. If anyone has this unplayed in your collection, play it now. I also finished Medal Of Honor: Airborne in one sitting, it's somewhere around five hours. It was actually surprisingly good.
