Gaah, quite a few i'm proud of, so here's a mini-list:

-Turntable Perfection - DJ Hero (5 starring Beats and Pieces should be an achievement in itself)
-Bladder of Steel - RB2 (Especially annoying when the bassist pauses 40 songs in)
-Guitar Hero/ The Inhuman Achievement - GH3 (Curse you, One!)
-The Saint - Dead Rising (7 Day Survivor is easy, if you've got 14 hours to spare. THIS, on the other hand...)
-Game Completed, Hard Boiled - Stranglehold (If you can get through the Casino without breaking a controller, you're a better man than I)
-The Ultimatum - COD4 (Forget Mile High Club, No Fighting in the War Room is THE hardest mission in any COD game to date)

I'm currently gunning for my Veteran Gear achievement from Gears 2 (although it does seem more like a time-sink than an actual achievement), and I plan to get around to Ninja Gaiden 2 at some point (Spare controller at the stand-by on my way to 1000G)

You got "Get Some Grub"? That's one of the hardest achievements, especially since those little grubs are everywhere, and missing one screws you over.

Second hardest, when you compare it to Neighborhood Watch. Not even attempting it.

OT: "Blunt Trama" from Team Fortress 2. The circumstances are against you[footnote]The fact that you need the slowest-moving class to melee kill 2 enemies in ten seconds, and the Heavy doesn't even get an achievement for it, and how its a waste of an Ubercharge and can cost you the game...[/footnote] but some really nice person got it for me.

I returned the favor later to some random person.

Any of the MW achievements for beating levels on Veteran. I owned this game before I had Xbox Live and playing the single player was all I had. I enjoyed it so much I decided to replay on Veteran, beating each level was a test in me trying not to throw my controller through my TV.

Little Rocket Man. And I swear, if I ever see another lawn gnome again...
This is probably mine as well. Valve doesn't achievements (and most other things) right.

I beat Devil May Cry 3 on the hardest difficulty. Not the one where EVERYTHING(including you) dies in 1 shot because you could just spam the Gunslinger branch and it's piss easy. I'm talking about the hardest hardest. And I beat the original version, not the revamped Special Edition with a playable Virgil that's supposed to be easier than the original.

Its not an official achievement, but I love owning an entire team in randomizer on Teamfortess 2 with just shotguns. The simplicity to it is just so rewarding.

I got the Platinum in Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2. It took forever, but every other trophy in the game is basically automatic if you go for the 'Beat Every Mission' trophy. I forget hte actual name since it's been so long.

A couple of them on TF2... one I'm thinking of is Triple Steal... I joined a 2fort match late, went scout and ran for it. For some reason they didn't have sentries up... I captured the last point with 2 secs to spare! Dr. Noooooooo is pretty satisfying too... (backstab a medic with an uber ready). Oh, and 'Who's your daddy?', headshotting three scouts with the Ambassador... I remember the last one, him sprinting at me and jumping right into my bullet on Nucleus... and 'Crockets are such B.S' is fun, even after you've already got it! Also, in Left 4 Dead, when I got All 4 Dead, on No Mercy 4, after the elevator, when people still thought it was a good idea to go behind the elevator to kill the tank. I proved them wrong when I punched a thing-a-majig in the way of one exit, blocking them... alltalk was on too, the sounds of their voices when they realized there was no escape! ahaha!

My favorite one is from TF2: Heal 10k HP in one life.

So long...

Oh, and Big Pharma: I got it back when it was HARD. 20 kills as Heavy-Medic combo without dying.

Mine are Clearcutter from TF2 (As pyro, kill 6 people with the axe in a single life), Deep Undercover (Killing the same person three times in the same area as spy while using Cloak and Dagger) and Big Pharma (assist a heavy in 10 kills without either of you dying). The Big Pharma one is fairly easy, but it led to the longest lasting friendship I've made on Steam to date, which is why I am proud of it. :D

Likely Veteran Gear from Gears of War 2. This is achievement you receive upon reaching level 100. This took a very very long time (roughly 700 hours) and I started working on this achievement over a year ago.
Damn thats insane never met a dedicated Gears of War player. Are you planning on getting Seriously 2.0?

OT: This is my most proudest achievement.
Mile High Club would be mine if I could ever beat it, but after 29034093240230943 tries (exaggeration) I kind of gave up.

OT: Yea I'm going to try to get Seriously 2.0. I'm at about 43,000 kills. Its not really as hard and time consuming if you grind the brumak part near the end of the game (you get like 50 kills in a matter of seconds). But it still would take quite a few hours and it is boring as hell.
Ugh I cant stand grinding and I hate that achievement its the biggest time waster ever IMO.

And mile high club isnt that hard you just gotta have quick reflexes, its why I love FPS keeps you on your feet.
