Seeing a lot of love for Jade Empire and KotOR 2 which is always good to see. I'll add to the list two names that have been sadly almost criminally overlooked:
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, an incredibly cool PC-only (I think) RPG, pretty broken when first came out but polished to a brilliant shine by fan-modders who fixed the bugs and added content. Depending on your charecter type the game could be completely different, you could be an Ann Rice esque pretty boy, a hidious Nosertu who has to travel by sewers or even a crazy vampire who had lamp posts talking to you.
Planescape: Torment, this is one for the old school. In my opinion still one of the best RPG's in the world and I think still has the best ending of any game. Travel the very boundeires of existance with a talking skull, a sucuibus, a half demon, an alien samuari, a robot, a being of pure fire and a ghost consumed with the spirit of justice (in a bad way) to discover what you are and why you can't die. If you've never played it stop reading this and download it now, its aged but the writing is fantastic. Anyways forgive my fan gushing though a direct squeal would be cool I actually think its best if it was more a spirtual squeal in the same setting perhaps with cameo's from the previous NPC's. I wouldn't want the first game's ending ruined.
