What game do you wish you never played?

Let me explain. This isn't just another "What's the worse game you ever played?" thread. Rather, this asks what game do you wish you never played because it negatively affected your life or your perception of games? Like, "I wish I never played WoW because it screwed up my relationship with my girl" or "I wish I never played FFVII because it ruined all my other experiences with FF games because they all sucked in comparison."

I wish I never played EverCrack 2 because I actually like it... alot... within healthy means... kind of... ellipsis.

It'd be a tie between Far Cry 2 and WoW.

Far Cry 2 because it was a waste of 15 bucks.

WoW, because a good chunk of my friends play it and it continually tempts me to rejoin, but I just don't have the time necessary to have fun in the game.

I wish I never played Devil may Cry. I have wasted so much time of my life playing all four of those. At least 60 hours each at most 200 hours. I spent so long on Devil may Cry 3.

I'm not following. Shaq Fu ruined your view on all fighters because of its awesomeness?

None, I am glad for every game i hever ever played. Even the shitty ones because I am a wiser man for it.

I wish I hadn't played Sins of a Solar Empire. Spent ages trying to figure out what made it fun.

Really, there aren't any games I wish I hadn't played altogether. Sometimes, I regret having played games because they make others pale in comparison, such as Shadow of the Colossus for its storytelling, even though there wasn't much in terms of cutscenes, or Project Justice (DC) for proving that even a fighter can develop characters on a level deemed impossible.

WoW because it sucked a good portion of my life away and I feel I have nothing at all to show for it. I still play, but more because I feel an obligation to my guild and friends than because I still enjoy the game.

I kind of wish I hadn't played Lost Odyssey. I clocked about 60 hours into that game and felt the entire time that game was a bit of a waste. I continued to think that up until every person on the goddamn planet kept telling me how amazing it is making me feel that I missed something. I refuse to spend the money on that game again though (having traded it in for 3 games which I enjoy a good deal more) and I keep hanging onto the possiblity that it was still shallower than people seem to think it was.
It could just be that I hated all the characters...
