The ending of Just Cause 2 did that recently
You have to ride nuclear missiles flying through the air and disarm them. Then you kick a guy into one and send it off to go prevent World War 3, which makes total sense.

Also, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, mainly because it was somewhat difficult.
Riding nuclear missles? Like this:

Jokes aside, pretty much any multiplayer game, but most recently, MW2.

SnD, took out the entire enemy team.

YEEEEAAAAHHH!!!

UFC Undisputed 2010. There's no feeling like getting that 5th round knockout when you can barely stand, or that decision win after 3-5 rounds of brutal action.

In the Past: beating the hidden temple level on the Original Goldeneye

Probably every Final Fantasy that I completed. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to Final Fantasy.

Oh yeah and Ninja Gaiden 1 on the NES.

Escaping Hades in God of War and getting the "You got the Touch!" trophy, which is to climb the spiked columns without being touched. Fuck, that was hard!

Also, defeating Gol and Maia in Jak and Daxter. It was the first ever game I completed 100%.

A few years ago: Metroid Prime. I think, among my collection of friends, I was the first to beat it all the way through and I felt good about it because it was one of the few games I had taken the time to finish it. I didn't get 100% (which sucked) and my memory card fucked up so I couldn't beat it on hard mode before it erased itself (also sucked). But it was great. It was even cooler when my friend was having trouble with the final boss and wanted me to play it for him (I failed because I was being distracted by people watching me).

Also: Soul Calibur II. Same friend of mine and I would do a 5-win game and play as Nightmare vs. Nightmare. Matches could have been as long as 25 minutes or so because we both were either incredible awesome or sucked really bad (depends on your point of view). But it was always fun to fight til the very end in those matches as they were almost always nailbiters.

Recently: L4D2 is just awesome because I just love taking down Tanks or killing Witches. Plus, running over the bridge in that one finale is just a blast. Whenever a Tank goes down though, I feel pretty damn accomplished because they can be a pain in the ass in certain situations.

Ditto, I got 100% and the special ending though which was even better. When I played through again I only just realised that for the final boss you're supossed to use the normal, thermal AND x-visor to beat it. I just spent 1/3 of the fight blindly stumbling around and firing randomly, fortunately you have so many health tanks it's almost impossible to die.

Left 4 dead. Tank moments, being rushed by a massive wave of zombies and of course rushing for the helicopter. Effect is double if you fight your way to help a friend who needs to be rescued.
Aah, yes. I remember joining a random quick game on Xbox , turns out I was the last survivor who wasn't knocked down. I had 5 hp left, no primary weapon and a hell of a tank constantly charging for me. I killed him with my gun after like 10 minutes (probably less though), survived with 4 hp and managed to get the other survivors up and going before they died. I had played the game 7 times before or something.

I'm going to go with sins of a solar empire: trinity. I know you can't really finish the game but the first time I managed to win an 8 player match really made me feel awesome.

I feel pretty awesome anytime I complete a game. That just means I can move onto the next one. I was happy when I beat BioShock 1 after a YEAR of playing it. I usually start games and then end up finishing them later on.

Legend of Zelda. Finishing some of the harder puzzles and hearing that little jingle makes me feel incredibly accomplished.
