What game have you beaten the most times? And how many times? (Estimate)

I've beaten FFIV about six times. Next would probably be Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door at about four times...

Wow.

I've beaten numerous games well over a hundred times each. What games, you ask? Well, Super Mario 1, 2, 3, and World, Ninja Gaiden 1, 2, and 3, Batman, Battletoads, Every Castlevania up to SotN, Bubble Bobble(GoA-T), Punchout!!, the first three Contra games, Double Dragon 1 and 2, Megaman 1, 2, and 3, Gradius 1 and 3 and 5, Flying Warriors, Final Fight 1, 2, and 3, and many more that I can't think of at the moment. Please take into account that i've played these games steadily for at least a decade, some even longer. Also note that most of these games can be beaten in under an hour or two. Why do I do this? Because these are some of my favorite games ever. I don't, nor will i ever get tired of them.

Why are the longest games the ones generally played the most?

I think it's because since they're longer games, it's easier to forget many elements of what the game offered, so you still get surprised by things more often, compared to shorter games where it's easier to remember what happened throughout the whole thing.

I've completed Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time eight or nine times. That said, it got to the point where I could complete the game in about three hours each time.

In second place is Resident Evil 4, which I have completed three times.

Pokemon Sapphire takes it, my gameboy broke and I just had a DS with no other pokemon games for GBA (Before DP came out). So I beat it a lot, not sure but over 20 I know. Then Zelda Majoras mask 15 and third is fable lost chapters with 11 beats.

I've beaten resident evil 4 about fourteen times, I beat Mass effect 8 times, the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time 7 times and yoshi's island about 6 times... I have no life haha
