Hmmm... There are far too many to mention. As of recently (within the past 8 years), I would have to say:

Oblivion
Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis, Resistence, and Red Hammer
ArmA 2
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl

EDIT: I forgot one of the most important ones...

Galactic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords! That game has stolen my soul.

And others of course.

haha Dont worry, mothership Zeta is like the shortest one out of the five ;)
Oh I'm not worried about the length, I'm worried that every reviewer and their cat has called MZ a samey corridor run-and-gun with very little in the way of gameplay additions, not to mention the fact that the recent Steam sale has left me with more games that I want to play more than Fallout 3.

I played Empire Total War for over 200 hours unmodded, and also Dragon Age, Dawn of War 2, and probably Counter Strike Source.

Baldur's Gate. There was a scratch on the last disc, so I kept starting over and over.

Fallout. Awesome

Battlefield 1942 Desert Combat and BF2. Our LAN-party favorites and I was pretty awesome online, if only because all I ever did in those times was play those games.

Disciples 2, played this for 100 hours+ as well, if only because an intense multi-player game takes a full-time week.

Oblivion. Played this so often and long that I thought I could pause the real world, like trying to press ctrl-alt-z when you mess up with an ink drawing.

Team fortress 2: 800-900 hours.
Ocarina of time: About 200 hours now, at least.
Goldeneye: Way back when this game was pretty much the multiplayer of choice, so about 150 or more I'd say.
Wind waker has about 3 or 4 play throughs.
Twilight princess I've finished two and a half times, so that's easily over a hundred.
Smash bros melee.

Probably a few others, but I can't really think of any right now.

At least 100 hundred hours on each of the disgaea games, damn them for not letting me transfer characters (I include Makai kingdom battles in that too).

What scares me though is the sheer amount of time some people have spent on games listed here that have little to no replay value. (I understand the concept of subjective value, but c'mon, there's enjoyment, and then there's psychosis...)

Morrowind
Oblivion
Fallout 3
Baldur's Gate
Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask
Goldeneye
Persona 3 & 4
Any Pokemon game I've owned
Red Alert 2
Halo 3
GTA3
KOTOR
SFIV and SSB (possibly)

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, and is definitely past the 100+ hour mark.

Final Fantasy XII (130+), Final Fantasy VII (~110), Final Fantasy X (only ~96 but I'm throwing it in there anyway), Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (350+), Fallout 3(150+), Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King(130+), World of Warcraft (not that mmo's should really count but only Blizzard knows how much time I played that).

These are all single play-through figures.

Vagrant Story.

City of Heroes / Villains.

I know this because each game told me how long I'd played it. :)
