Xenogears. I clocked over 100 hours on my very first playthrough... and my second playthrough also took 100 hours, come to think of it. So (with playthroughs 3, 4, and 5) I've clocked over 300 hours on Xenogears.

Dragon Age Origins and Final Fantasy 7, counting multiple playthroughs.

I also feel like I may have reached that level with Super Smash Bros Melee seeing as how its the only game me and my buddies play if we're hanging out. (We have since branched out to the original Smash Bros and Project M)
