At a guess, Touhou games, probably Imperishable Night or Perfect Cherry Blossom, or arcade mode on Hisoutensoku. Probably because there are still bigger challenges to attempt, and it's quick.

For playthroughs of long games? Sacrifice, by a long show. Fourth time through it and I still haven't done everything. It just has that much replay value.
Sacrifice! I thought I was the only one that played that game. Which was your favorite god? I was all about Pyro.

Call of Duty 4's SP I've finished 8-9 times
GTA IV 6-7 times
Dragon Age: Origins 4-5 times
GTA: San Andres 6-7 times
Fable: Lost chapters 5-6 times

Haven't really played any of those recently though.

anc[is]Mass effect 2. I've been beating about once a week lately. Not having a job sucks :( Beaten Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines several times as well, but only as a female tremere and male Nosferatu. ME is probably ~10 runs my imported renegade soldier femshep, and one full run as a paragon engie. I guess I know what I like, and I like the revenant ;p
Masquerade Bloodlines is another great one. There's a mod that really adds a ton of value to that game, as well. Lots of extra dialogue and such.
That would be Wesp's Plus Patch, if anyone needs to know.

My favorite clans in that game are Malkavians for ranged/awesome fun and Gangrel for melee/unarmed/Protean combat.

Still, the final boss was easy compared to the final Kuei-jin you face.

Most likely one of the original pokemon games. I've played it/them countless times and I seldom re-play very many games but as a kid I couldn't stop playing them.

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? (1989) =P

More recently, probably Uncharted 2. I am unable to get tired of that game. I love it so much!

Metal Gear Solid 1, I've played through that game around 50 times.
Brave Fencer Musashi, I can't even come up with a number for this one. But I think I'm in the triple digits with this game, it just never ever gets old to me.

For me it's Tales of Symphonia. I just finished a 10x EXP run and now I'm in the middle of a 1/2x EXP run without any avoidable encounters. I'm still carrying everything else over from my last one, though, so it's not incredibly hard.

Hardly. Been a fan and frequent player since release. My favourite is a bit of a split - Stratos has sheer style, but James is the only nice one around. And Charnel's pretty funny too...

Not a fan of Pyro, though, and I loathe Persephone. Part of the reason here may be that I've never finished the endgame Pyro missions.

KOTOR 1 and 2 - both about 20-25 times. I loved both of them, although in hindsight the second one had so much wasted potential.

Seems I'm going to be the first person to mention this.
Max Payne, I've completed it more times than I can remember. If I had to put a number on it, I'd say at least 3 dozen times.

Deus Ex. Beaten it about 9 times. +2 if you count the cheating attempts. And plus a few more times if you count the replays without beating it.
I'm right there with ya. I think I must have played that opening level 20 times. And once you get to Hong Kong, man, it was like an epiphany as to what games could be.
