What game have you replayed the most times?

FFVII, VIII and IX.

Portal and Mirror's Edge. The Mass Effect series comes a close third, as I've replayed each game around three times.
The only one of these for which I can actually remember the number of times I played through it is Halo 3 (7 times so far, one of them just recently).
Metroid Fusion and Yoshi's Island... I long ago lost count of how many times I've played through these. I just keep on going back to them, such excellent games.
Homeworld gets an honourable mention - I've started up a new campaign dozens of times, but only ever managed to complete it once. It's a similar story with Pokémon Gold and Ruby.

This was when I was younger and it was the only decent game I had, so don't judge me:
I played Ratchet and Clank 3 through 9 times. It only takes two playthroughs to unlock everything. By the end of the third I had broken the save file bolt counter by having more money than it had digits.

Mafia, I think. Must have played through it entirely 5 times, probably started and stopped at other times too. It's fucking brilliant - shame it got tagged with the "GTA clone" tag. By morons, I might add.
I think I probably devoted most man hours to Oblivion though, since I have been through almost every quest at least once.
The only ones I haven't done are The Grey Prince, and The Collector.
Even though I haven't played it in at least a year and a half, it bothers me enough that I've never done those two xD
I don't know why I've never done the first, and the second is just so massive that I can't keep on it without getting distracted.

im assuming MMO's and multiplayer doesnt count so i'll go with oblivion, god dammit i loved that game so much, i think ive completed it with nearly every class.

Deus Ex is one of the games with my highest amount of replays I think. After that comes Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast, Shadow of the Colossus, Half Life 2 and System Shock 2.
I've played Metal Gear Solid on the PS1 so many times I can now skip all the cutscenes and codec calls, still know the plot and finish the game in under 6 hours.
There are other games that I try to play in a rotation like Shadow of the Colossus, ICO, Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts.
