I already have Bayonetta, Bioshock 2 and the collectors edition of Mass Effect 2 reserved.

Others I'm looking at include Dark Void, God of War 3, MAG, Halo Reach, and Resistance 3 if it comes out, however I don't qualify them as MUST haves, merely intense interest.

One game I really want to learn more about is Castlevaina Lords of Shadow. I'm very, very, very intensely interested almost obsessed with finding info even.
