What Game Must You Have Next Year?

I hated the original Mass Effect, It had a really good idea and presentation but the mechanics butchered the whole game for me, I think I will rent the new one or borrow it because It looks so much better.

Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2 at the very least, i MUST have those. Other games that really want though are Fallout: NV and Red Dead Redemption.

Other than that AvP2 for DX11 goodness, is Diablo 3 still a late 2010 title? Project Offset if it sees the light of day, Stalker Call of Pripyat, new Mechwarrior should be pretty epic aswell.
