Fuck games, I'd rather just kill off ActiBlizzard altogther, their money laundering schemes are ruining my grounded-in-reality brain with it's surrealistic nature that can best be described as the most cliche corrupt executive plotline found in most movies.

As for others I'm willing to debunk:
Mario:is STILL the worlds most successful gaming franchise, in an age where videogames are more popular then ever, maybe in a few decades when games released will sell by the billions then yes then it can die.
Pokemon:Is soon GOING to become the most successful videogame franchise ever when Black and White release(unless a new Mario title is rolled out). As to those saying it's getting repetitive...the 5th gen will mix the plot of the game up more then even the SECOND GENERATION GAMES,released 11 YEARS AGO
Sonic:No argument there
Final Fantasy:Unlike Sonic which should die out on it's on, this franchise does need outside help in it's demise, there must be something illegal with the way this franchise is still surviving.
Duke Nukemied, if Forever gets released It'll technically be a ressurection
Ultra super realistic war simulator fps(see COD,BF,CS,MH):This as a genre needs to die, as in salted earth die
And of course Sports games and shovelware Ds games, though this shouldn't even have to be mentioned

I don't really think any game franchise needs to die. If you aren't a fan then you certainly don't have to play it and if it still gets made odds are someone out there still likes to play them and who are you to deny them that?

Still, if I had to pick I'd say Final Fantasy... just so that the title would actually have meaning.

There isn't really a difference between the two is there? The point is that Green Day is one of the most overrated bands ever, and any music game having 75% of their music in it will most definetely suck, and has to die and go away.

Mario, Zelda, Metroid, CoD, Halo, any JRPG (exept a couple, namely Earthbound), GTA, Pokemon, Final Fantasy, and the Sims. I was a Pokemon Fan. Kanto, Cool. Johto, Better. Hoen(I dont know how it's spelled), iffy. Then a couple of remakes and than Sinnoh. Rubbish. The Sims has my sisters entire life chained to the computor, and Call of Duty has my only friend who actually likes going down in the swamps and sloughs fishing, catching snakes, frogs, turtles, and other small animals for entertaiment is now cooped up in his condo playing World at War claiming "I am almost level 50" or I'm at stage 10 nazi zombies. Nazi zombies was complete crap to me but Jesus to him.

i agree with COD and GTA but I thought Metroid and Zelda series still actually had good game that are over-all worth playing but if JRPGS went I couldn't enjoy disgaea or the Mother series

Halo, needs to be finished up, liked the first 2 games Halo 3 was a bit meh then i lost interest and started throwing fresh fruit out my window. just pour some money into a final game wrap up the storyline.
