Contra, Strider, Einhander, Bloody Roar. Contra in 3D, as a TPS cross between Gears of War and RE4 would work well with the original entries' (Contra, Super C, Contra III, Contra: Hard Corps) emphasis on co-op plus the spredder would be so badass that giblets would go everywhere.

Galarians, Dinocrisis (reboot the series), Timesplitters, A console version of stalker( We used to laugh at how many fingers you needed to manuever in that game).

I want this game so hard. I played it, loved it, and NEVER SAW IT AGAIN. It, along with Blood Will Tell and its inspiration Dororo, are part of a group of things that most people I ask about it assume I've either made it up or have gone mad.

Speaking of old things noone remembers anymore, what happened to Tomba? Bring it back!

I never played Stranger's Wrath, but Oddworld without Abe is like, well..................Oddworld without Abe.

Then again, I'd already be happy if they'd release Abe's Oddyssey on PSS in Europe. But NOOOOOOOOOO.
