I never finished most of the Final Fantasy games. I would always get pretty far into them and then stall out and lose interest after I had gotten 3/4 of the way through.

Morrowind. Got quite far into main quest but didnt have the patience to get all the tribes to name me whatever its called.
Nerevarine. I had the same problem I just could not be bothered to walk to each bloody shanty town in turn and do their quests. They were miles apart as well. I'll have to go back and finish that thing someday.

For me the main game is Farcry 2. I bought it off steam thinking it would kill sometime and it did about 2 hours of it. So I still need to get my moneys worth out of that.

Shadow of the Collosus. WHERE THE HELL IS THE NEXT ONE?! I'VE BEEN RIDING IN CIRCLES FOR AN HOUR!!!

Also Disgaea 3. I keep bringing it out to play, and then get a hankering for some littleBigPlanet and some GTA IV.
I got that feeling very often in Shadow of the Colossus, but I eventually finished.

Resident Evil 4
I finished Leon's missions, but I tried playing as Ada and ran out of ammo. 8 times. Probably should of kept separate saves....

Edit: Soul Reaver
You can't finish Soul Reaver without the walkthrough book, the game is that bloody impossible. Even going step by step through the book, it still took my sister and I 3 days to finish. The first two days were us beating our heads against the wall.

Deus Ex. I just lost interest right after the "mole people" part for some reason. I really should go back and start playing it again.

I have the walkthrough book but I don't have the game anymore so I can't finish it.

Call of Duty 4 - Mile high club on Veteran.

The rest of the game on Veteran was pretty easy, so I had been looking foreword to a challenge. Suddenly it because insanely difficult! I gave up after about 6 or 7 tries and have never been motivated to try again.

Prey, Dead Rising, F.E.A.R., Oblivion...

Every time I put in any of those games, I play for about I don't know 30 minutes and then quit. It's not that they're not fun, they are extremely fun! I just want to stop playing, and then never put the game back in.

FFX, Shadow of the colossus, and jade empire are the games that come to mind right now... interesting what purchasing a new gen console can do to your gaming experience... but i still have them, so some time in the future...

I want to finish Vice City, and GTA:3, but I tried playing them recently, and I just couldn't. There was so many things I had an issue with, that I didn't back then, that its become very hard for me to play them.
