Im gonna have to go a little old school here: Conkers Bad Fur Day and some of the Earth Worm Jim games.

Portal was not that funny, it was amusing sure just not laugh out loud for me.

I have to agree with the Portal comment. It wasn't really intended to be funny, just darkly disturbing. Sort of a "You need to laugh, so you don't feel completely creeped out" sort of ordeal.

Bravo Six in COD4 was quite amusing, specifically Gaz and Griggs.

Brutal Legend was quite hilarious. i love Jack Black.

SSBB is downright hilarious, specifically when you do stuff like the suicide attacks, spike people and stuff like that. when i spike a friend with Ganon, it usually results in him trying to beat me to death with the controller.

Team Fortress 2 is full of funny references and intellegent jokes.

Mark Hamill´s Joker in AA is hilarious as well. "need to take my temperature, doc? I´d be happy to drop my pants".

Pretty much anygame played with or around friends, but aside from that Resident Evil on the PS1, The toilet scene is Silent Hill 3, No more heroes, and any Grand Theft Auto game.

It's my personal opinion that there aren't many legitimately funny games out there.

However, Katamari Damacy and Conkers Bad Fur Day have both made me chuckle out loud.

Edit:Forgot Earthworm Jim. The sheer odd ball insanity of that game makes me laugh to this day.

rainbow six vegas. i shot a guy in the back with the psg1 and he did a backflip out of the rappel room window in attack and defend.

Snatcher.

The fourth wall breaking parts were incredible. Gillian walks into a bar filled with old Konami characters and starts complaining he doesn't fit in because he's the only one who isn't an old Konami character, before Metal Gear (yes, that one) tells him he fits in better than he thinks. And the bit where he's trying to ask a woman on the phone for 'you know what I mean', and she tells him he's not able to say it. Heck, a lot of conversations between Gillian and Metal were comedy gold.
