What games have you beat on the hardest difficulty?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2- Loose Ends and Contingency
Call of Duty: Black Ops- Khe San
Halo Reach: Exodus (I weirdly enjoyed it though)
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed- Death Star
Batman: Arkham Asylum- Pressure Control elevator

I believe I finished 75% of Infamous on the hard setting until I changed it to Normal. I finished every Halo on Legendary (Hardest setting). Oh yeah, and I finished the first Mass Effect on Hard as well, not Insane though

Metroid: Zero mission - The hardest area was probably ridley, or norfair. I even tried to do a hard mode 9% run and I got all the way to Mother Brain. I even beat her, but couldn't get through the escape sequence because I didn't have the speed booster.

Hitman: Blood Money - The riverboat level is really hard, just because there's so many targets (7 I think). If you're trying to get a good rating that is.

Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia - That was on a new game + though, so I don't know if that counts. Starting a completely new game on hard is insane. I got pretty far, but couldn't beat it. And the hardest levels on any difficulty are the bonus levels.

Contra 4 - Beat it on hard several times, without using continues. The Ocean level is the one where I screw up most often.

Those are the only ones I can think of right now. I did beat Doom 1 & 2 on the second highest difficulty, but I haven't even tried to on the highest.

the hardest level of all time has got to be halo 3: tsavo highway- legendary-solo. i think i spent 2 hours dying in the first 10 minutes of the brute cheiftan part... and still havnt done it. i did all of the halo's on legendary solo except from halo 3 9/10 halo 1 and halo:ODST because if i tried to play that game i would be bored within 10 minutes of the first level.

CoD:Black Ops, can't remember which level (possibly the break out from the prison).
Halo 3, Cortana (but also the one that once I got it done it was the fastest I completed a level).
Halo: Reach, probably Exodus aswell.
Gears of War co-op, can't remember which level (possibly in the one in the lab).
Gears of War 2, at the begining on the giant tanks with the bloody spore-mortar things.
Transformers: WfC, final boss (when playing as Autobots).

I can't remember the others I have done on max dificulty but yeah sometimes it's fun .. others it just sucks *Glares at 'Cortana'*

I don't generally go for the hardest difficulties unless I really like a game. The only games in my collection that I've beaten on the hardest difficulties are Batman: Arkham Asylum and Mass Effect 2. Both awesome games. I did the insane playthough for mass effect 2 just because I was one achievement away from 100% completion... and then they brought out more DLC...

Hardest levels would be the fights with the brute guys in Arkham Asylum and the Collectors ship from ME2. There is a level where you're in a really small room fighting a brute in Arkham Asylum which took me 2 hours to complete...

I very rarely play on the hardest difficulty, but those I recall right now are Mini Ninjas and Tomb Raider: Legend.
Hardest level? None, it was all pretty damn easy.

Devil May Cry. The Nightmare boss fight in the underworld. Add to that the fact that you have to fight through 2 frosts beforehand and those sodding tentacle hallway things...

Devil May Cry 2. This wasn't really that hard. The way to win this game is just duck, dive and shoot. Guns make this game a walk in the park. Easiest of the series by far.

Devil May Cry 3 SE. All I would like to say is that Vergil is a dick. A teleporting, speedhacking dick. The relief as I got the transition into the ending cutscene was immense.

SOCOM. Temple of Hohn Kaen. Good god I hate this mission. Boomer always gets either himself or everyone killed by running up to terrorists and nudging them with his gun.

SOCOM2. The rooftop defense mission. By the time the chopper arrived my team was in an extremely dire position. Terrorists were swarming out of the door to the roof and we were being shot to pieces even as we ran for the evac.

Devil may cry 3: Special edition - mission 19... I do hate Arkham... so much.
Prototype - Last boss
Prince of persia: Two thrones
God of war 2 - the 20 minute fight leading up to the loom chamber
Resident Evil 5 - the ship
Castlevania: lords of shadow - the level before the fight with satan.
