What games in 2010 will fall flat?

2010 could potentially be the best year for games ever but what games will fuck that up. Personally I think Mag could be one of those games. Its over ambitious, the open betas been dubbed shit although I couldn't call that yet cause I deleted it after waiting 15 FUCKING HOURS FOR IT TO REACH 80%. What games do you think will fuck it up?

I have this feeling that Halo Reach is going to suck. Considering Halo 3: ODST wasn't anything special. Alan Wake MIGHT suck but it actually looks pretty good. (besides the fact that it reminds me of alone in the dark)

I can't see Splinter Cell working like the older Splinter Cell games.

That's not to say it'll be bad, but the fans of the franchise won't like it, starving it of sales, thus, a flop.

I get the sneaking suspicion that the new Fallout MMO by Interplay (if it even makes it in time for 2010) will not live up to the expectations, and more importantly, will pale in comparison to the giant that is Acti-Blizzard.

Also, Cataclysm will not be as good, groundbreaking, or epic as everyone seems to believe. It's just going to be more of the same, with a shiny new paint job.

I actually really enjoyed the beta. I am worried the full game will flop though.

I couldn't care less about Alan Wake or Army of Two, but Splinter Cell better be good.

I am also worried about Bioshock 2, I have it on preorder but I am trying to keep from getting too hyped about the game. Also Heavy Rain, looks interesting, but that seems like a game that will either be amazing or completely stupid.

I think Army of two, and i hope Bioshock two won't suck. I don't care about the multiplayer, i just don't want to the single player to fall off a cliff and land in a mound of spikes with aids on the tips.

I seem to have it in my mind the HL2 Ep3 will be terrible.

EDIT: I'm surprised a couple of people have mentioned SC: Conviction - I've seen almost nothing but high expectations from old fans of the series and genuine excitement. It's also made by Ubi Montreal who are:

a) Great developers

and

b) Responsible for SC1 and Chaos Theory (the best ones)

Since 1 and 3 are the best so far I feel physicists and mathematicians of all levels of merit will agree with me when I say that the 5th will be f*cking amazing as it is the 5th game, thereby continuing the unbreakable rule that has been set: every odd-numbered SC game must be brilliant.

I think HALO:Reach could go either way.
If the less informed gaming community who were disappointed by ODST decide not to bother, then it might not be the massive hit M$ hope it will be. That said, the advertising for ODST was pretty constant so I reckon they'll do the same again with TV ads.
Which, ironically, will piss off the purists because it won't play like a HALO.
