Pokemon Emerald took 257 hours of my life.
FF XII got to 124 hours
Oblivion, 80 hours
Rogue Galaxy, 60 hours
FF V, 58 hours
Myst 2: Riven, 40 hours
Infinite Undiscovery, 40 hours

At least I spent my hours on good games at least.

Definetly both Fallout 3 and Elder Scrolls:Oblivion are tied for the prestegious deed to my social life. With over a 100 hours clocked up in both games, i'm currently comtemplating sacrificing a human virgin in a dark unspeakable ritual which man has long forgotten... just to find out the release dates of any sequels. Any takers?
I've heard Bethesda has a new Fallout game in the works. Can't wait.
Actually Obsidian is making the next Fallout, Bethesda Softworks is producing it.

I played Lineage 2 for 6 years straight and SSB Melee for the last 7 years. Haven't stopped playing Melee yet.

WoW. It stole my life! I loved how Blizzard gave you the middle finger when you got to level 80. You spend all that time leveling up, grinding instances for loot, doing dailies every day (this is true repitition). Then you're finally level 80 and say... now what? No endgame content, raidings rubbish... I want my life back!

Morrowind had over 200 hours, Oblivion had over 800 hours, but the Baldur's Gate Saga? I still play that game, and have played it ever since 97 when it came out. Well over 2000 hours, I'd think. I'm on my latest playthrough the entire saga with one character, and it's still not old.

I'm thinking of playing through again when I'm done this play-through and writing out my adventure in story form. Could be fun.

First actual computer game I owned:
Mechwarrior 4, it was the only game i played when i was 10 years old.

Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy, most of my middle school years were devoted to this game

Morrowind, same timeframe as JK2 really, and even then I only managed to level up to 30 something with 3 characters

Oblivion had a little playtime, but it really wasn't as indepth, i mostly ended up cheating up to high level characters to mess around, since it really didn't have the same vibe as morrowind (what could have fixed that would have been no fast travel, and a silt-strider/boat system like morrowind had)

My current timesink is TF2, which isn't a bad thing at all, especially with the new updates, etc.

Perfect Dark, my first shooter, I got it when I was around 5.
I blame the exact moment I opened up my nintendo 64 for me having no life and/or normal friends.

More recently is Left 4 Dead. My grades went down as I would play EVERY night from 6 - 12.
Online play is addictive.

Fallout 3: 90 hours.

And that's WITHOUT DLC, which would have easily added a load of time for me.

PSO Episode 1&2. Easily spent 1000+ hours on it.
And that's just my offline play time, Never played online.
Best multiplayer game ever?!
Yeah, having played that on the Dreamcast, Gamecube and PC I've accumilated at least 1000 hours also, and really is NOT an exaggeration.

I can't believe all of yours was offline though. That's amazing.

Shame PSU is so terrible.

EDIT: I've just noticed the number of people mentioning newer titles such as Left4Dead and WoW. Did any of these people read the original post that asked for games when you were much younger?
