My pick of 2011? You Don't Know Jack. You kids may be too young to remember the other ones, but it was the Lord of All Trivia Games. It had humorous commercials before GTA made it cool, it had a smartass host, and best of all, it was aware. It would mention holidays, it mocked you for playing alone on a Friday evening ("Aww, you don't have any friends today"), if you waited too long to type in a name it gave you one (like Streptococcus) and in one memorable moment, saw that I was way ahead of my opponent and FORCED me to buzz in.
That said, the mix of high culture and pop culture is awesome.
