I completed Final Fantasy X 100%, which I chose to do for fun and not for bragging rights. Dodging lightning bolts is one of the more tedious, gaming, related activities I've ever engaged in though.
Honestly, I think I got that one on the first run-through by accident. I honestly loved just about every character (barring perhaps Zaeed due to being just 'press A to head a couple lines over and over' and generally being a dick, but even he redeemed himself in 3 to me) and did what I could to make sure they lived. But I was sad becauseCaramel Frappe said:Torrasque said:SnipThis is the achievement I worked hard for recently (I own an Xbox 360). Love it, shows how far I went to save everyone. Also shows how much i've bonded with these characters that share the Normandy with me, that they're worth doing favors for even if it's a pain in the butt. Otherwise I wouldn't of bothered trying to get this achievement and besides.. I didn't know there was an achievement for caring about your companions lol.
this, except I would specify it be done in single player because the bots have no concept of closet campingtippy2k2 said:The Left 4 Dead achievement of "Survive all campaigns on expert" mode would be pretty damn impressive (unless of course you're a cheating bastard...)
...wat? That was just insane. I'm a so very impressed by that and by the fact that players put so much time and effort into finding ingenious ways of doing levels that quickly. Damn!Bobic said:-snip-
What match was that? I'd love to see that one.Torrasque said:I just saw a Terran player win an SC2 game against a Zerg player that had map control, many more units, much stronger units, and was destroying everything in sight... Yep, funny enough in story, the DMR and AR use the same ammuntion type and caliber. Imagine an AR with the DMR's stopping power. It'd be a real help on Legendary!Torrasque said:*start lvl*Cranky said:Yeah, and the copious amounts of Assault Rifles that do next to nothing in whittling down enemy shields.Torrasque said:I have thatCranky said:Halo Reach: A Monument to All Your Sins
Damn, this one took me a lot of heartache and time. Out of all my friends I am proud to say I'm the only idiot who wasted his time.
After getting it, I played Halo CE on legendary for shits and giggles. That achievement was one of the more frustrating Halo achievements, especially on the parts where you'd have to kill a bunch of elites and your DMR ran out... Ugh...
"Ok, what weapons do I have... An assault rifle with a lot of ammo, and a grenade launcher, sweet! ...with 3 shots in it..."
Assault Rifle is only good in normal really. Heroic/Legendary, all it does is tickle the shields of Elites. Hell, it takes half a clip to kill grunts even >.>
Actually, I found this to be pretty much the easiest achievements of all those included in Mass Effect 2 (except for stuff like "Imported an old savegame"). All you need to do for it is play the loyalty missions and decide logically when assigning the jobs during the last missions. Hardly a challenge, sorry.Caramel Frappe said:Torrasque said:SnipThis is the achievement I worked hard for recently (I own an Xbox 360). How did you get it, I have tried it 2 times with 2 different walkthroughs and did'n get it.Muspelheim said:"Enlightened" out of Metro 2033.
You did the right thing, Artyom...
It was during game 2 between Polt and Violet at the Lone Star Clash. Polt is a ridiculously good Terran player. Why? Because he can beat Stephano, and give Stephano pause =|SilverStrike said:What match was that? One that was a ***** was Halo Reach's 'If they came to hear me beg'.
My god. That was such a glitchy achievement.
In terms of actually accomplishing something other than jumping off a cliff, welllll.. I beat ME2 first time without losing anyone, since I knew who should do what because it made sense with their character.
Getting a significant way into Dark Souls! (Got to Giant Blacksmith) That alone, because it means I'm a glutton for punishment.. and stubborn. Such a fun game.
I beat ME3 in one weekend. Over 30 hours of gameplay.
