What genre Gamer are you?

I guess I'd say my favourite currently is Shooter/RPG hybrids. Deus Ex, Mass Effect, etc.

I try not to limit based on Genre, but I'm a sucker for a well done JRPG/WRPG.

Provided that it doesn't suck completely, of course.

I used to play FPS games competitively, but they started to suck after CoD:MW.

Tried Battlefield BC2? I'm having loads of fun playing it, even though my mind cannot comprehend why it is not possible to join a game as a group/squad.

OT: Probably FPS. I play a lot of wrpgs and action adventures too.

It is, you just have to go into a different menu. "Play with friends" instead of "Play now". You can make squads from there.
OT: I mostly play FPSs. I just find them the most fun.

I think you mistake me from someone who plays FPS on consoles
There is no such option on PC. Which boggles my mind on extremely many levels.

sandbox games and rpg's(mainly elder scrolls & fallout) are my favorites, I play fps's alot too, but only a few of them are good (Half-life/battlefield are what comes to mind), and strategy games a favorite too, but I suck at them.

I love action games, FPS, and RTS.

Turn Based Strategy like Fire Emblem or advanced wars is awesome too.

Adventure games are good and so are RPG's.

Unlike Music, there are no genres I refuse to play. Okay, fighting games and time-sink flash games such as Farmville, okay. THOSE I refuse to play.

Im a harcore RPG fan but other then that I like any other good games, exept sport.....or racing, or JRPG.....

For me it is a lot like my musical tastes. I pick and choose what I like but don't fall in love with entire genres. Also, what I like tends to be niche.
