What has made you smile today?

Haven't smiled yet. Been awake for 6 hours now :/

Many things have made me smile. My teacher congratulating me for my clarinet trio performance, a Cherokee remix of a Daft Punk song and of course the sky :3. All little things that make my day.

Seeing my friend get a paper cut.

I know, I know, I'm a sadistic bastard.

Smile? Well I just don't smile period, but if you mean my equivalent of smiling which looks exactly the same as when I'm serious, sad, angry or whatever else, which actually greatly annoys me because I believe that smiling is a good way to cheer other people but since I can't smile when I'm polite it just looks like I'm doing it because I have to and not because I'm in a good mood which I normally am anyway.

But anyway what made me "smile" today was... eh... I can't remember I'm rather forgetful, but I'm sure something made me "smile" today, I mean I was in such a good mood that I didn't scare the cat that was near my house to go away, and I hate cats and normally can't resist scaring them, instead I said "Hello Mr. Cat", so I'm sure I was happy about something.

EDIT: Since I can't figure out what I was happy about, well I just saw a thing called Ninja Mission Force, and I can say that made me "smile", and now that I know how those ninja's actually are I'm not so nervous that they are following me, though I can't say I feel safe.

My manager at work is FINALLY realizing what an incompetent twat one of the assistant managers is. Only took the guy a year to notice.

Also I got to see my brother and sister today, that's always a good time.

I would says getting to see a large group of my family that I normally don't get to see very often all together to celebrate Father's Day. There are a lot of members that have truly grown up since I last saw them, yet they still behave they way they did since last I saw them.

Today? Nothing. My life has been in a downward spiral for the last month, and every time I think I find some happiness to cling to, it shatters in my hands and I continue my plummet. I'm not sure how much more I have left to lose.

Well, I made an awesome joke. It was a cold day at school, so my friend asked:

My friend: Why is it so fun to make steam? (referring to the air you breath out when it's cold)
Me: Dunno, maybe you should ask Gabe Newell.

No one got it except me but it made me smile. Yes it's a terrible joke.

Considering I've been awake for about 24 hours, and I just had to clean EVERYTHING in 2 hours, I would say that was quite a feat.

My cat hid her kittens away under the bed after they were in a box in my bedroom for a long time. Was talking to my mum on the phone and the little fluffy one (I have named Tyreal) came out to see me.

I am terminally optimistic... I have been happy since I stepped in the shower! The water was warm, and after, when I shaved, my stubble was eliminated without any fuss or repurcussion... so I was in a good mood!

Also the Mr Kipling French Fancy for breakfast really did make me smile... especially as it was a pink one! They, hands down, taste the best!
