It wouldn't matter, I don't think anything is morally wrong about incest, my personal view of morality is to be Ammoral. If someone you love in that romantic context is your sister and they feel the same way, go ahead.

The only issue there should be against incest is the higher probability of a birth defect with regards to offspring. But if people are willing to take that risk, then it doesn't matter to me.
