Jesus, no, have you played Splinter Cell: Conviction? Mandatory graphic changes when sneaking is a very bad thing :<andreas3K said:A perk that gives you night vision when sneaking.
This new perk comes with the latest patch for fallout 3... for freeBenzSmoke said:Well Coded: Prevents Fallout 3 from crashing for no reason.
I'd wear one, but only if Super Mutant hide gives a better resistance than human.Shade02 said:Human Shield: Defeated enemies can be equipped as armour to reduce damage from minor fire (so anything but miniguns or rockets etc). However they have low condition, can't be repaired and will turn to gorey messes when broken (so you can still loot them).
There was one in Fallout 2. Wich you obviously havent played! *Baps you on head for not having played it.*Vanguard_Ex said:There was a Molerat god?! You're out of ammo, but unfortunately for them you're a badass. Your Damage Resistance has increased five points and your Hand to Hand and Melee Skills have increased by 15%.

Night vision would be great just not mandatory. Would eliminate the problem in fallout three where night was realistically dark and so hard to play in. Kinda adds more time for missions and helps you sneak because you no longer need the pip boy light.Vrach said:Jesus, no, have you played Splinter Cell: Conviction? If they're aren't from the get-go (and they really oughtta be):
Sniper:
Eliminates spread for sniper rifles in real time combat. (am fine with the bullet drop, wind affecting the trajectory and all that, thumbs up, makes it more fun, just for fuck's sake, no spread)
It's true!Kenko said:There was one in Fallout 2. Wich you obviously havent played! *Baps you on head for not having played it.*Vanguard_Ex said:There was a Molerat god?! I see you've played knifey-spooney before: Enemy melee weapons do significantly less damage.Lukeman1884 said:Now THIS is a knife: Doubles the range of your melee weapons.
Download a mod, I'm sure it'll be out there pretty quickly if it's a real issue.Vrach said:If they're aren't from the get-go (and they really oughtta be):

They removed the big guns skill. Larger than average things that shoot now fall under Guns, Explosives, or Energy Weapons.Me55enger said:"Yeah, it's that big and yeah, I put it in a jacket": you gain 15 points in big guns skill. Not accessible to female characters.
There already is one.andreas3K said:A perk that allows you to repair weapons with other weapons of the same caliber.
You should also be able to choose your caliber while on the toilet, for extra hilarity.andreas3K said:A perk that allows you to eat scrap metal and shit bullets.
Unless a new one came out in the last week that I am unaware about, no.NewYork_Comedian said:This new perk comes with the latest patch for fallout 3... for freeBenzSmoke said:Well Coded: Prevents Fallout 3 from crashing for no reason.![]()
