I don't know what the emotion is called but the one that makes people care. I guess that is very broad, because you can care about achieving a goal but not care about someone else's opinion. I guess you can say greed, lets get rid of peoples creed. We've already evolved past the need to fend only for ourselves so might as well start helping each other.

If I had to choose, I would most likely get rid of judging by appearance. Honestly, I think it's the worst trait most (if not all) of us have; it gives the good-looking people an advantage in life, while all the "average" and the not-so-very-handsomes are pushed to the bottom of the social ladder.
On a side note, I would preferably not erase any human traits; without anger, jealousy, fear, or greed, the world would we an incredibly boring place - no wars, no arguments, no plots, no secrets, lies or dilemmas. Of course, we deal with these sorts of problems on a daily basis, usually in an attempt to solve them. And we hate them. We would want our hardships gone. But the truth is, if there were no troubles or pains, there also wouldn't be no joy, fun, or happiness.
