I love seeing people basically burn out on this site, purposely making repeat offensive posts just to get hit by the ban hammer in record time.

Yes, forum suicide can be amusing, but you almost get the impression that a person is burning their bridges. I mean, if they're tired of posting now, they can just stop, then come back when they feel like it again.

I'd protest the ban, I guess, 'cause I can't imagine me making a post that would be deserving of a permanent ban. So unless I had gone insane or something and had been posting horrible atrocities, I'd contact the mods.

Assuming nothing could be done, I'd leave and not come back. The Escapist is nice and all, but I'd be majorly ticked.
