What if your favorite series was cancelled?

So like the titles says what if your favorite series as cancelled. Could be anything in the world even food. Even food isnt really a series, it doesnt matter.
Well if my favorite anything was cancelled, I'd break down into tears, and start crying, but then realize i must be stronger and go on with out cinnimon toast every morning. Or never watch Fringe and see what happens. Or get to beat Mass Effect 3.
So what would you do.

Well it already has been. If something else I really loved got cancelled, I'd probably cry, mope, and then find something else to replace it. Everything has to end, otherwise it just drags on and on.

Firefly was a good series, though it should of gone for at LEAST as long as Farscape. At least Firefly didn't get the crappy "movie" at the end.

I would buy a puppy to console myself:
If it is cute I will love it and be happy.
If not I will vent my anger on it with a stick (actually I'll just tell the RSPCA that I did that, so they will come round and I can hit them with the stick).

My two previous favourite series have been cancelled already (Red Dwarf and Robot Wars), although the former is coming back.

Of my current favourites, Top Gear is of finite length anyway (I think it'll be gone in a few years, they'll probably make it to series 20 then stop), Mock the Week will carry on as long as it maintains the ratings (not hard) and as for QI and Have I Got News For You, see what I said about Top Gear.

It has been. All my favourite series Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, ST:TNG, Firefly, and Battlestar Galactica have all been cancelled. I was really sad, but luckily there were other TV shows on to ease the pain.

You mean Arrested Development? Yeah... greatest show on television and now it's gone. But other than that I don't really watch that much TV so if the Boondocks was canceled I probably wouldn't even notice because I'm waiting for the DVD to come out.

Know what the worst part is? The Serenity movie was supposed to be the first in a trilogy... And despite the massive fan base, all their backers said "There isn't enough appeal" and pulled funds.

SO their christmas party was ONCE AGAIN their going away party

Firefly was only aired for a single season. Despite having a massive amounts of fans and being a massively demanded show, Fox cancelled them because it they needed the time slot for a show they thought would do even better (the show failed after a year as well, because Fox did the same thing to them).

Joss Whedon declared that he wasn't going to rest. At the "Going Away" party (was supposed to simply be a christmas party), he told them t sit by their phones, and that he'd revive Firefly. Thus became Serenity

Well I'm not sure if its been cancelled yet, but there was a pilot a few months ago for a dark comedy Lizzie & Sarah on the BBC, and it was something I was waiting for for so long! Still the BBC haven't said anything about commissioning it :[
They did show it very late on a Saturday night due to its contents but seriously? A pilot at that time?

If How I Met Your Mother, House, The IT Crowd, The Big Bang Theory and Doctor Who were all cancelled, I would probably jump off a bridge.

Would suck if House was canceled but I know it's eventually gonna happen so not too bothered. All good things must come to an end and there'd be some solace probably knowing it stopped before it got shit. Besides, there's other good shows out there

When they canceled Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis I was pissed the **** off, when they replaced them with Stargate Universe I almost vomited, I no longer watch ANYTHING on syfy, not that they have anything worth watching anymore. It's all drama crap you could find on any other network.
