Only in America. It is correctly spelt "expresso" in Australia.

I work at a cafe. I know.
It's S in New Zealand... x just looks retarded.

Here, it's people randomly bringing up christian extremist stuff... [sub]rage.[/sub]

Loafers in general are considered casual wear, though there are some exceptions.

There isn't even an X in the original Italian language!

"Baristas" who don't know their trade are a pet peeve.

Actually OT: Hypercorrection of the word "whom", it just reeks of intellectual insecurity.

People who point out I made a grammatical error on a forum post. Especially when I just spent the last half hour making sure I got it right. It is not helping me in any way by pointing it out.

When you go to open a "Pull" door and you push, only to have the 15 people immediately behind you inform you that you have to "Pull." "Why thank you," I tell them, "If it hadn't been for you I might have spent the next few hours just pushing with all my might and pondering the usefulness of a door that lets you in, but not back out."

oy... I got to keep this "pet peeves" and not just "hate".
Which is hard, because what does annoy me REALLY annoys me.

"I'm the adult" whoever first used that argument better haved died in a fire.
People who think my life revolves around keeping them entertained, or people who want to know every detail of my life.
Paperwork. I. Despise. Paperwork.
The fact that on-campus stores are more expensive than regular stores.
Anime sub snobs. There's a difference between watching with subtitles because it's better and watching with subtitles because it's Japanese. Rare as there are, there are good dubs.
People who can't take a hint. THIS is why I'm so "brutally honest", as you put it. Because it's the only way that works!
People who swear to be "edgey". It works to add emphasis, but when used all the f***ing time, it loses emphasis.
People who think you are a lesser human because you don't have a f***ing Facebook page. You know what? I use this nice little device called a "cellphone" or maybe send an "email".

Ok, where to begin?

Pointing out the obvious.

Chewing with your mouth open.

Breathing through the mouth.

[HEADING=1]Stupidity.[/HEADING]

People who can't properly defend something they like/dislike. (Ex: "It showed a penis" is not a good reason to not like Watchmen!)
DING DING DING!!

I think we have a winner!

I can't stand it when people don't realize what they're doing with friends or whatever does absolutely nothing but make them look like idiots.

Example: My friends have this stupid "_ second dance party!" thing, where they'll all do that stupid 'unn-tss unn-tss' thing and dance around for however many beats they said. Loudly. Obnoxiously. What are they, six years old? This is high school, not the kindergarten playground.

I have a couple.

Someone telling the same story to you almost every time the subject comes up.

People who feel the need to tell you stuff about a game after you have deliberately and loudly told them you don't want to know before you play it.

usually followed by:

"It's not really a spoiler-----" No be quiet!

Literally a Pet peeve is how when one of my cats coughs up a furball they will always without fail angle themselves over the most expensive and delicate thing in the room.

People on the internet who say 'your' instead of 'you're'. Same thing with 'there', 'their', and 'they're'.

It just annoys me to no end, especially when someone tries to insult your intelligence by saying something like "Your an idiot."

When people use the wrong "their"
When people use the same words too frequently.
WHEN PEOPLE TURN WITHOUT USING THIER FRUCKING BLINKERS!!
When people type in all caps.

I can keep going...

Aww, really? I actually quite enjoy making a fool of myself with other people. I realise we look stupid, and we're probably irritating everyone else, but it's still fun. Sometimes it's worthwhile to not take things so seriously. But I can understand that others might not like it.

As for me, it's a little annoying when people who use 'would of' instead of 'would have.' And people who won't stop going on about the same thing. Like zombies. And people who refuse to acknowledge that other people also have opinions, and that they should try to accept them or at least consider them, rather than reject them outright.

I also hate it when people press right up against me on the train. I can tell the difference between when you can't help doing it, and when you're doing it on purpose. It's just creepy when the train isn't packed. Also, Melbourne public transport in general. Please die.

I really hate it when someone says their favorite band is so and so but they only know ONE song and it happens to be THEIR MOST FAMOUS ONE! (Example: I knew someone who said Atreyu was their favorite band, I asked them what their favorite song was, their answer was Becoming the Bull and I said have you ever heard At Least I Know I'm a Sinner or Demonology and Heartache or Shameful and they said no. I felt like smacking them upside the head after that.)

Or when people call me emo because I wear dark clothes. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME FUCKIN EMO!

That annoys me as well. If you don't indicate, you have no business turning.

The thing that annoys me the most on forums is people putting then instead of than. I will often stop reading as soon as I see it and immediately disregard their opinion.

Me and my friend always laughed at people wearing shorts in winter time calling them stupid, When one day he comes out of his house in dead winter with shorts on saying "Outta the wayd ! I'm STOOPID!"
It was awesome, one of those "You had to be there" Moments....
Also. Expresso. Kinda like expression but without the I or N
