What is that gaming tactic/cheap move that you admit/avoid doing?

Everyone knows these. It could be using an over-powered weapon on multi-player, glitches that give you free stuff on RPGs, doing cheap moves in fighting games, etc. I avoid using the Famas on Black Ops or using the Navarro shortcut in Fallout 2, or using Kirby on Super Smash Bros. I admittedly use the Vampire deck in Duels of the Planeswalkers frequently and exploit Iron Man's chest beam on Marvel Vs Capcom 2.
What's yours?

I only use bad weapons or abilities. If something is good, I don't use it. My plan is to make people thing that the weapon or ability that I'm using is good and then they start using it and they do bad and then I kill them really easily because I know how to use it effectively.

My plan hasn't been very successful.

The Improved Alacrity/Time Stop/Wish loop in Baldur's Gate 2.

Effectively, it's infinite high-level spells of doom with no cooldown and no possibility of interruption (because your enemies are frozen to the spot during Time Stop). Thankfully, there are three boss fights which make this ludicrously cheap combination a very, VERY bad move.

IMHO, if you're playing a PvP game, you should expect cheapness or resign yourself to frustration... hence, I don't go for PvP. If you need an exploit to beat a game, you're either not skilled enough, not thinking enough, or it's Nintendo hard.

I rarely use the Dead Ringer on TF2 unless the server is full. A good spy never needs one.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Commando + Lightweight + Marathon + Magnum + Tactical knife.

I know everyone hates it but it's just so damn fun to use.

I played NHL11 online with a buddy of mine once, and there was a way to score that goalies almost never managed to block. Going in from one side of the net and then cutting over to the other side and wrist shotting it in real quickly. Almost never blocked. I refuse to use it. It's just so cheap. My friend would play as the worst team in the NHL and he'd still dominate my Carolina Hurricanes like 12/1 using that move.

As for one that I admit to doing? My FFA class on Black Ops consisted of a SPAS Silenced with Ghost Pro, Steady Aim Pro, and Ninja Pro. I have never been shit talked so hard on XBL before I started doing that. I would spend hours playing FFA and just running around shotgunning people , I dont' think I've ever gotten below third place in a round of FFA, normal or HC.

I refuse to use the grenade launcher in any MW game, even for the purposes of unlocking the related achievements/challenges. I hate it, and I hate you if you use it. I also refuse to play as Oddjob in Goldeneye.

On the other hand, apparently people consider the Last Stand perk to be cheap and noobish. I've never found it so, even when it's used on me; but if the majority think so, then I guess that's a cheap move I indulge in.

I will admit that in Morrowind and in Oblivion, I have used console commands more than once... I tended to abuse the coc command in Morrowind because I hated walking and was never near any silt striders.

I do not use the console anymore.

I generally avoid cheap maneuvers. I avoided using Machine guns in MAG as I felt they required too little skill. Seriously, they are nearly as accurate as an assault rifle, but have more damage, and about 3 times as many bullets. The only trade off is they are less stable, take longer to reload, and can't use 4x scopes, silencers, or noobtubes. Not nearly as bad as it sounds in a squad based game.

I have used item copying cheats in a few RPGs, but I generally avoid it. I've been cheap in a few fighting games, but I dare you to show me someone that hasn't.

Honestly, I avoid cheating. Probably due to one of the first cheats I ever used. Back in the original Sonic the Hedgehog game on Sega Genesis I used a code that gave Sonic a super jump ability. You could basically jump over whole levels. Then, I got to the water level. You had to go underwater to complete the level, but by activating the super jump code Sonic couldn't enter the water. He just kinda bounced on top of it. And I don't think there was a way to turn off the code without restarting or turning off the game. Never again. Never again!

I agree with you there, it doesn't become a factor often enough to piss me off. On the off chance they do manage to kill me after they go down, they're probably going to die anyway and I'll still get the kill, so I don't mind all that much.

When I used to play Halo online years ago and I was in a 'whoever shoots first wins' contest, I'd always stop shooting before I died and dropped a grenade right at my feet while moving backwards. Been doing it since Halo 1. Good days.
