What is the appeal (if any) of parties to you?

Because they can be a great laugh - you can muck about, get off with people and relax. Or just hang out with your friends and laugh at the stupid stuff other people do.

I don't like them. Too loud, people always leave a mess, and I don't find any appeal in getting drunk or using drugs.
Getting drunk and using drugs is pretty much what I live for.

And some other, less cynical things, but I want to seem a cynical bastard, so I'm not mentioning them here.

I don't go, nobody invites me, and the ones I know about are the redneck parties my brother goes to. Plus I only have like 3 friends, and you can't party with 3 people.

Depends what you mean by party.

If you mean big, loud, wild gatherings, I might casually go to one out of curiosity and/or boredom. I won't exactly be the life of it, however.

If you mean gathering with friends, driving around, and acting looser than you usually do, on the other hand, I do that pretty much every weekend.

I enjoy them. Though I prefer the parties with less people. Just hanging around and laughing together with a few friends is a great way to spend an evening.

Don't fall asleep on the couch though. Your neck will hurt in the morning!

Also, Furburt isn't all that different when he's high.

For social interaction,
to see people out of a work/school environment.
& also random shenanigans that could possibly make my night/week/existence.

I like drinking. I crave social contact from time to time. I like drunk girls. I like to eat fast food at 3 in the morning.

Most of the parties around here were only popular because it allowed half of my class to get illegally wasted.

Otherwise, there isn't a single reason unless you wanted to make a contribution to the local "Unintentional Teen Pregnancy" statistic.

Parties don't appeal to me. I usually only know a few people and they will barely talk to me for the rest of the night and go off with other people. I also am not keen on being overstimulated. I prefer my own company, or with a few people who I get on with really well.
