Cheesing final fighting game bosses.

In lands full of uppercuts, throws, weapons, and projectiles, the crouching kick to the legs will always be king.

Baulder's Gate. There was some super optional dragon who was neutral until you talked to him. Ranger set every trap possible and then rested, rinse repeat. Until the entire room as just overlapping traps.

Told the dragon to bugger off and he instantly died.

TMNT 1 NES - Rocksteady, swap to donatelo and stay in top right corner and attack down, he cant hit you and you can hit him.

Assassin's Creed, final boss, hand blade, parry attack, counter, one shot kill boss.

MK Trilogy, Khan, as Nightwolf you could duck and block at the same time and not be hit by his charge, just duck+block then uppercut when he charges and stops over you.

Those are some that stick in my head, sure there are some others.

In a game on the original Playstation called Galerians. You had a range of psychic abilities that required certain vials injected into your character. However, if you used your power too much without certain medication, you went into overdrive. You couldn't control your ability and all enemy's heads would explode.

One of the boss battles was extremely tough, and I ran out of medication prior to the battle. It became a chase around the lab, until my character snapped and went into his limit break mode. The boss instantly died. Mission complete.

Borderlands, Sledge, he does a AoE melee thing with his hammer if you are too close to his X axis. Led sledge to the lower platform, and ran around and jumped on the higher, he spammed his hammer attack, and I spam bullets.

Other cheap kills include The Hulk (or whoever the green boss was) in I Want To Be The Guy, where if you shoot early he dies, I did this without even realising there was a boss and my friend filled me in.

Also in Zelda II, after beating the lightning-bird, you have to fight Dark Link, you just run to the left crouch, and spam your sword, whenever he tries to run at you, he gets hurt cause he can not move forward whilst crouching, and if he manages to slide in with his shield, I would not get effected as I could not slide off of the screen.

I just finished Alpha protocol, I killed the end boss by hiding behind a column and spraying a few dozen head shots with a pistol. It's not cheating per se as that's a pistol skill (aiming from cover), but it still felt underwhelming .

While not really a boss, I took Rome down in Rome:Total War by sending Plague-infected spies into it over the course of a couple decades. By the time my army was ready, each of their units had around a dozen troops left. Kinda sucked after taking it, with a low population and me having to deal with the Plague, but it was worth it.

Oblivion, had to fight a minotaur lord in the arena, so I ran into the alcove he was to small to fit in and shot magic and arrows at him until he died; easy money.

Mercenaries, I always end up with enough extra cash to just blow the place up from a mile away with a nuke or get on top of a hill above the place and throw down a cluster bomb smoke signal.

Borderlands, final boss. Maybe it was because it was co-op and the AI was crap, but my sister just chilled behind a tower and the thing just kept shooting at her (and hitting the tower). I ran to the side of the thing and just opened fire. It never even tried to hit me. Queue Soldier's ammo-regeneration, and we win... we only lost 150 health combined in the very beginning.

On Ratchet and Clank 2 the final boss is a giant blue toy on a platform but if you use the RINO you could stand off the platform (there's no way back once you're on it) next tot he vendor and absolutely kill it off. You have the strongest weapon in the game and basically infinate ammo. It can't hit you. WIN

Demon's souls false king.

I basically walked in the boss room and hid behind a wall. The boss fight was initiated, and the king walked forward to confront me, but he couldn't see me. Before he reached the wall i hid behind, he stopped and turned his back to me like an idiot. I just snuck up to him and hit him with a poison spell. He had no idea he was hit and just kept staring forward. 15 minutes and several poison spell refreshes later he died.
Same with the spider boss in the tunnel (don't remember the name) if you hide behind a rock ledge near the entrance he cant hit you just take potshots with a bow or spell and hell die in no time.

Assassins Creed.
Second to last boss, after fighting all the templar soldiers and down to reasonably low health. So in a last ditch effort I ran into the boss as he came out the croud (was aiming to grab him though) which knocked him down, and then I equipped the hidden blade and attacked for a 1-hit kill.
