my 360 was standing up and running. for some reason i thought "man i want my 360 flat"
so as it is running i attempted to move it (with gears of war inside). the sound of a chainsaw came from my xbox and i could not play GOW again

True N64 Story.

Back in 98' i was at my friends house and playing Mario-Kart.
His cartridge was in very bad condition, a strange thing considering the game being pretty new at the time.
He couldn't get it to play and ended up taking a dripping rag, cleaning the game and then the game slot on the N64.

I think i warned him but he went on to do it.

When he turned it on i heard a loud pop, fizz then smoke rose from the console.

Heres the best part, we went right to the store that sold him the N64 (it was like a week old)
And he got a brand new system with Mario-Kart included, no questions asked.

Turned out to be an epic day!

it was not sarcasm, just emphasis. The correct phrase is "I could not care less" not "I could care less", quite a difference between those.

Plugged a 110V power cord from his US Xbox 360 directly into a 220V power source. Many lolz and smoke alarms were had.

Also, interesting trend, but it seems most of theses stories involve Xboxes. Coincidence?

This didn't happen with a games console, it happened with a disc. My brothers friend used his Call of Duty: Modern warfare 2 disc as a coaster. My brother wasn't impressed.
