It's not from a movie, but this one if a classic.

"I'm looking for a gorgeous blond named CJ."

The build up was so fantastic to that line, it was ridiculous.

Cookie for reference.
Sounds like 8 simple Rules to me.
:O You watch 8 Simple Rules?! *high fives*
I love that show to death, can't believe we never talked about it! :p

By the way, you were right. *give cookie* Congrats! :D

I watched 8 Simple Rules, during its initial run. Not any longer, as I barely watch TV shows, but I seem to recall something close to that line.

Oh God, tough one. I'll go with the when James bond asks the evil mastermind while strapped into the death machine, "Do you expect me to talk?"
And he responds with, "No Mr.Bond, I expect you to die!"
"And have a very cheap funeral."

OT: "I'm here to kick ass and chew gum, and I'm all out of gum." It was in a movie before Duke said it, look it up.

"Hey Meta, settle a bet would ya? Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?" Sarge to the Meta, just before his plan is put into motion. RvB

"Shotgun Damnit!" Sarge trying to get Grif to recognize the code word. RvB

"Yeah, but your scientists where so interested in whether or not they could, they didn't stop and think if they should."
"I just don't understand. How can we stand on the brink of discovery, and not act?"
"Discovery being a vile, penetrating act: what you call discovery...I call rape of the natural world."

It's from memory, so it might be a bit off.

"You can't help them. They have to help themselves."

"If I was God, I would have made the world just so and no different."

"...because in the end, all that will be left is us."

And after that, something from either The Princess Bride or Doctor Strangelove.

Purely because it's a beautifully written line plus no one remembers where it's from even though the movie is iconic.

CAN ANYONE guess what movie it is with out actually googling it?

Titus Andronicus

"Why, there they are both, baked in that pie;
Whereof their mother daintily hath fed,
Eating the flesh that she herself hath bred.
'Tis true, 'tis true; witness my knife's sharp point."

so good a play

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a saltshaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into locked a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.
Aahhh, that movie was brilliant. Also spawned one of MY favourite lines "We can't stop here! This is Bat Country!"

The book was pretty epic too. (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, correct?)

Hmm, but my favourite film quotes... ooh! There's one from Mulan:

"We can't ALL be acupuncturists!"

"No! Your great-granddaughter had to be a CROSS-DRESSER!"

It made me giggle at the very un-p.c. nature of this Disney film. It was really a great film.

I quite like "Are you out of your VULCAN mind?". That was delivered so well, it SOUNDED like a swear word! XD

epic lines missed so far:

"A JELLY DOUGHNUT?!?!"

"Did your parents have any children that lived?!?"
-full metal jacket.

Nice fucking model!

We've come for your daughter Chuck.

Go ahead... make my millenium!
-Beetlejuice

Little things.. Hitting eachother!!

Don't touch it it's EVIL!!!
-Time Bandits

You are not brought upon this world to "get it!"

That was nothing. But, that's how it always begins . . . very small
-Big Trouble in Little China

Excuse me while I whip this out.
-Blazing Saddles

Sometimes you've got to specifically go out of your way to get into trouble. It's called fun

You are in more dire need of a blow job than any white man in history.
-Good Morning Vietnam

Either this or, "Forget about it - it's Chinatown."
Sorry but I have to go with "'Course I'm respectable. I'm old. Politicians, ugly buildings, and whores all get respectable if they last long enough." from Chinatown.

My suggestion though would be something from Casablanca maybe the whole film...
